Fuck the stress!! I know some of my friends "hate" right now coz I'm freaking having my hols now..hahaha..( yes, Alfie???) Well, anyway..for those not on hols right now, stress level getting high, huh..?? Now, lets do some analysis...Hmmm... Sources of stress: 1)School.. 2)Projects.. 3)Attachments.. 4)Work.. 5)Relationship.. 6)Family Bla..Bla.Bla.. the list goes on... Theory: No one can run away from having stress..It's all about NOT getting the stress get into your head too much... Formula: Too much stress + too much thinking = DEPRESSION !!! (..which is a no-no, of course..) Solutions: - Listening to classical songs, while writing my thoughts in a diary.. - Enjoying a nice cool breeze at beaches.. - Chat with a friend.. - Soak yourself in the bathtub & just relax.. - Take a nap.. - Have a nice cup of hot tea/milk , with cookies accompanied by your favourite songs.. Well, all these do work for me..and I don't see why it won't work for the rest of you.. =) Take a break ppl !! Nothing's more important than your health,yea? We control the stress..and not let the stress control us!! ..I seriously don't know what made me come up with this post's..hahah..pure randomness... =)
